1. Data controller
The data controller is the Operator of the PrintyKids service. Contact for all data protection matters: info@printykids.com.
2. Data we process
Account: name, email address and password (stored only in hashed form). Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, usage events (views, downloads, searches). Saved artwork: colored images stored in your account. Browsing, printing and downloading coloring pages does not require an account.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
Providing the service and account — Art. 6(1)(b) (contract). Analytics and ad personalization (Google Analytics 4, Google AdSense) — Art. 6(1)(a) (consent given in the cookie banner). Security, abuse prevention and claims — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
4. Cookies and consent
We use necessary cookies and — with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies. You manage consent via a certified consent panel (Google Funding Choices / Consent Mode). You can change it anytime via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
5. Recipients
Google Ireland/LLC (Analytics, AdSense), Resend (transactional email such as account confirmation and password reset) and our hosting provider. They process data only as needed to provide the service.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some recipients (e.g. Google, Resend) may process data in the USA under standard contractual clauses and appropriate GDPR safeguards.
7. Retention
Account data is kept until the account is deleted. Analytics data is retained for a limited period per Google settings. Verification and password reset tokens expire after 24 hours and 1 hour respectively.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
9. Account and data deletion
You can permanently delete your account and related data (favorites, collections, saved artwork, sessions) anytime under “My account” → “Delete account”. This is irreversible. You may also write to info@printykids.com.
10. Children
Accounts are intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly create accounts for children or intentionally collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child provided data without a guardian’s consent, contact us and we will delete it.
