Last updated: 2026-06
1. General
These Terms govern the use of PrintyKids, which offers free printable materials for kids (coloring pages and further content types). The service is run by the Operator of PrintyKids.
2. Scope of services
The service allows free browsing, printing and downloading of coloring pages, online coloring, creating an account, saving artwork, building collections and downloading PDFs.
3. Terms of use
Materials are provided for personal, home and educational use. Reselling them or using them in ways that break the law or infringe third-party rights is prohibited.
4. Account and verification
Creating an account requires an email address and its confirmation via an activation link. Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential. Accounts may be created only by adults (parents/guardians).
5. Intellectual property
Coloring pages are original, generic themes. We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and educational use. Passing them off as your own for commercial purposes is prohibited.
6. AI-generated content and moderation
Some content may be created using AI tools and is subject to moderation and quality control before publication. Generating content unsuitable for children or infringing copyrights/trademarks is prohibited.
7. Advertising
The service may display ads (e.g. Google AdSense); revenue helps keep the materials free.
8. Complaints and reports
We accept complaints, copyright infringement reports and reports of inappropriate content at info@printykids.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
9. Account deletion
You may delete your account and data anytime under “My account”. The Operator may block accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. The Operator is not liable for how users use the materials or for technical interruptions beyond the Operator’s control.
11. Changes and governing law
The Operator may change these Terms for valid reasons, announcing changes in the service. Matters not covered are governed by Polish law.
