Print thoughtfully
Before printing, check the preview and print only what you truly need. Draft mode and grayscale use less ink, and the page still looks great to color.
Choosing paper
Recycled 80 gsm paper is perfectly enough for coloring. You don't need pricey, thick paper — lighter weight means fewer resources used and a lower cost.
Print double-sided
Many pages can be printed double-sided if the ink doesn't show through. A simple way to use half the paper with no loss to the child's fun.
A second life for pages
Colored or misprinted sheets needn't go straight to the bin — use them as scrap, cut-out paper or collage before recycling.
Talk about the environment
