How to print a coloring page in A4 and PDF — a guide

Printer settings, A4 format, saving ink and downloading PDF — everything for a perfect print.

Pick a format and download

On every coloring page you'll find print buttons and PNG/PDF downloads. For home printing, an A4 PDF is best — it keeps proportions and crisp outlines on any printer.

Printer settings

In the print dialog choose A4 paper, orientation to match the picture and 'Fit to page'. Turn off borders so the page fills the sheet. Always check the preview first.

Save ink

Coloring pages are black-and-white outlines, so print in 'grayscale' or 'black & white' and draft quality — it's enough and saves ink. Plain 80 gsm paper is perfectly fine.

Print several pages at once

Want a set? Use the 'My PDF' feature to gather several pages into one file and print them in a single click — perfect for a rainy afternoon or for preschool.

Common problems

If the picture is too small, enable 'Fit to page'. Edges cut off? Reduce the scale to 95%. Faint lines usually mean low ink or draft mode set too aggressively.
